About the program

Strategy, financeand leading people

Across nine four-month terms you build the four legs of the trade: accounting and finance, markets, organizational culture and development, and strategic planning. None is studied on its own, because in a company they don't happen separately either.

The final terms point at real practice: budgets, quality systems, formulation and appraisal of investment projects, workplace performance and an intervention project of your own.
