About the program

Research, teachand lead

The program works on what you already do: it revisits the theoretical foundations and education policy, sets didactics and strategy design against your own teaching practice, and puts that practice under analysis.

An educational research seminar runs through the last three terms and ends in an intervention project of your own. That is the backbone of the degree: you take this master's by researching, not only by listening.

  • Management and school leadership

You lead institutions and staff development programs, and assess educational performance with instruments built for the purpose.
