About the program

Design, teachand support

The program runs along two tracks at once: pedagogical theory and developmental psychology, which explain how a person learns, and didactics and curriculum design, which is where that turns into an actual lesson.

From the sixth term on come pedagogical intervention, inclusive education, running institutions and managing talent; the final terms are given over to teaching and guidance placements, and to evaluating what you intervened in.

Graduate profile

The educatoryou will become

By the end of nine terms you will know how to design a learning experience, run it in front of a real group and assess whether it worked. These are the four capabilities you leave ICES with.

  • Teaching and classroom practice

You plan and lead the lesson on didactic grounds, handle group dynamics and attend to each student's differentiated learning.

  • Curriculum and instructional design

You build syllabuses, programs and virtual learning resources, and review them against the education policy in force.

  • Guidance and inclusion

You support students through school with psychometric instruments and make inclusive education a practice rather than a statement.

  • Administration and human talent

You run educational institutions, deliver training for organizational development and apply talent selection and management methods.
